The lake house comfortably accommodates 13 with separate beds including 5 king beds and 8 twin beds. The layout includes a main floor with 1 bedroom with 1 king bed, a second floor with 2 kids' bedrooms each with 2 sets of bunk beds (8 separate twin size beds in total), a third floor with 3 ensuite master bedrooms each with a king bed, and a lower level with 1 bedroom with 1 king bed.

The lake house is equipped with modern and luxurious amenities, including 7 flat screen TVs up to 70” with access to Netflix, Prime Video, HBO Max, and Disney Plus, a projector screen with surround sound, whole house audio with Sonos, coffee, tea, and Nespresso station with cane sugar, cream, and Aeroccino milk frother, eco-friendly bath products, plush bath and beach towels, cotton sheets and blankets, spa-like comfort with terry cotton bath robes and memory foam slippers, fitness/wellness facilities such as a Peloton bike (BYO shoes), small weight room, and yoga mats, high-speed internet with eero WiFi system, charging stations throughout, sound machines and sleep masks, meticulous cleaning from top to bottom, and HEPA filter air purifiers on all floors. The outdoor spaces and lake are equally stunning, with two decks and a brick patio facing the lake furnished with plenty of lounge furniture, a Weber grill, and large fire pit. The sandy beach is just steps away from the back patio, and guests can enjoy swimming, canoeing, kayaking, and fishing on the lake (fishing permit required). The main floor boasts a large living and dining room with picture windows and glass doors providing access to the rear deck and lake. The living room has a plush sectional, large in-ceiling projector screen for a theater-like movie watching experience, and cabinet full of board games, cards, and poker chips. Dining table has ample seating for 12. The front entrance opens to the original part of the log cabin which includes a bedroom with king size bed, adjacent full bath, office with two workspaces, and cabin-style family room with sectional and 70” flat screen TV.

The upper floor features three ensuite master bedrooms each including a king size bed, large picture windows, gas fireplace, beautifully appointed bathrooms, and balcony with a gorgeous view of the lake. Two kids' rooms include log cabin style bunk beds (4 sets of bunk beds sleep 8) and an adjacent bathroom with tub.

The lower level offers the ultimate game room with a pool table, custom made ping pong table, arcade with 16,000+ classic games, air hockey, darts, chess table, foosball table, and more. A large bedroom with king size bed and full bath are adjacent to the game room. Walkout lower level allows easy access to the lake.
